International Shipping
We currently do not support international shipping. All orders are shipped to US domestic addresses only.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET are processed on the same business day
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET are processed on the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is processed

Order Changes

Please note: Changes cannot be made after 2 hours, as orders will enter the processing and shipping workflow.
Items Not Received
If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us via email. We will investigate the matter together with our shipping department and logistics partners to provide you with an update as soon as possible.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, redelivery may require additional shipping fees and handling charges:
- No one available to receive the package at the delivery address
- Package refused by the recipient
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
Please note: Packages may be temporarily held by the shipping carrier for a period of time before being returned to us.
Lost Package Process
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery date. We will file an investigation with the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
